Birthday Cards

Ah the March Birthdays... and this time rolling around just after I verbally made a promise to only MAKE my cards this year.  (Seriously, I have such a ridiculous amount of craft paper, stamps, and ribbons that it seems ludicrous to spend $3.50 on a card when I have all the necessary pieces to make one stacked in the office.)  However the making is a different matter entirely...

So it took some doing, but I’m pleased with these results.  I am always a bit happier in sprits when I get to make something, so this provided a pleasant evening away from grading for me.  We are so lucky to have such a wonderful family - and if I could I’d buy them all the moon and more - as it is, I hope they enjoyed the time and love put into these little creations.  Happy Birthday Dad, Auntie, Emily, and Mike!  xoxo
