Hello my friends... I hope that you are all having a super marvelous Memorial Day Weekend. It's always one of my favorite weekends of the year - filled with joy and hope, the excitement of summer and more hamburgers than you can shake a fist at.
Take a look at the extreme "twininess" here - Both of the girls approach the sprinkler head first - and the boys tested it out on their little cars to be sure it was okay. Their cuteness was so adorable - and I was digging with a patriotic colored shovel the fact that even though they are all so different, there is something that always bonds them together. Like how to approach a wet moving object.
I will share more of our weekend with you later, but here is a little video of the kids enjoying their first trip through the sprinkler. They were so excited and so amazingly well behaved - no wandering - no squabbles - just shrieks of joy. We played for nearly two hours before moving up to the deck for lunch. Their naps? Incredible. Here are a few more gratuitous shots that I just couldn't stand not to post.
Happy Summer Everyone!
